Seven Casts: Fishing — Support

A solo fishing simulation inspired by Hampton Roads. No account is needed. Fish activity, weather, tides and catches are simulated; this is not a live conditions or navigation service.

Start fishing

Choose Play free or Guide my first cast. Aim at the water, cast, work your lure and respond to a bite. The first-cast guide is optional, and free play has no seven-cast limit.

Keep your progress

Open Fishing journal and export a journal backup before uninstalling, clearing app data or changing devices. Import a journal using the file you previously exported. Website and mobile progress do not synchronize automatically. Only import files you trust.

A save or export failed?

If Retry saving appears, keep the game open and retry. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a first troubleshooting step. If the share sheet is canceled, no export destination has been completed; try again when ready. Leave enough free device storage.

Report a problem

Email hello@empowerlabsvb.com with your device model, operating-system version, app version, what you expected and what happened. Include an optional screenshot with private information removed. Tell us whether the issue involves casting, reeling, saving, importing or sharing.
