Seven Casts: Fishing — Privacy

This policy covers the native Seven Casts: Fishing mobile game from Empower AI Labs, LLC. Coastal Companion and the browser game are separate products.

Your game stays on your device

No account is required. Your angler name and appearance, simulated catches, journal, game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The native game does not provide cloud synchronization or send your journal to an account service. There are no ads, purchases, advertising identifiers or remote analytics/crash-reporting service in this version. Game currency has no monetary value.

Files you choose to share or import

Exporting a journal or catch illustration writes a file to the app cache and opens your device's share/save controls. You choose whether and where to send it. The file may include your chosen angler name, simulated catches, dates and progress. Only share it with destinations you intend; their privacy practices apply. Import reads the journal file you select and retains a local pre-import backup before replacing supported journal data.

Permissions and external services

The native game does not request location, camera, microphone or contact access. Artwork, audio and modeled waters are bundled. Optional links take you to websites such as official fishing resources, Seven Casts and these support pages. Those sites receive ordinary web connection information, including an IP address, and operate under their own policies. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes connection and operational information to serve and secure it. Hosting records are separate from the game journal.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until replaced, deleted or removed with app data. Export first if you want to retain it. The app is configured to opt out of Android cloud backup. Some Android devices may still transfer app data during device-to-device migration; behavior depends on the device and Android version. Apple device backups may be managed separately through your device settings. Files you save or share outside the app must be deleted separately at their destination. We cannot recover a journal we do not hold.

Support and privacy requests

Email hello@empowerlabsvb.com. If you contact us, we receive the message, your email address and any files you choose to include. We use these to respond and resolve your request, through our email provider. Ask us to delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, payment details or unrelated private records.

Audience and changes

The game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us for review and deletion. We will update this policy when the game's practices change.
